New York State is home to 19.6 million consumers who are more interested in their food than ever before. Consumers are eager to learn more about how cattle are raised and cared for and it is imperative that their questions are answered. The producers and industry professional who work everyday to provide high quality care and continuously work towards improved beef quality and safety are the most qualified and trusted spokesmen.
