Collegiate Beef Culinary Tour & Competition 

The New York Beef Council will host a Beef Tour and Competition open to collegiate culinary programs throughout New York. The event will take place on April 11th and April 12th in Canandaigua, NY. The first FIVE schools to RSVP will be invited to attend. 

Invitation Details: 

Each culinary school invited will be allowed to select FOUR (4) students to attend this opportunity plus send ONE(1) instructor.  Student selection will be based on the discretion of the culinary school and its instructors. (Please no repeat students from previous Beef Council competitions)

**All food/lodging and transportation to farms will be provided by the New York Beef Council - travel costs to Canandaigua will be the responsibility of the school/attendees. 

NYBC will be responsible for: Hotel stay April 11 @ Holiday Inn Express, Canandaigua (students will be paired with roommate) & Meals: Thursday Lunch & Dinner & Snacks, Friday: Breakfast & Lunch

The cook off will be focused on the BAM Concept for 112A Beef Rib, Ribeye, Lip-on
