Chill Out Chili Spice Mix 

2tbsp- chili powder 

1 tsp- cumin

1 tsp- coriander 

1 tsp- dry mustard 

1 tsp- basil 

1/4 tsp- red pepper flakes 

Urban Cowboy Burger Spice Mix 

Mix ingredients with 1 lbs of ground beef, form patties and grill to 160 degrees internal temperature. 

2 tsp- ground coffee

1 tsp- granulated garlic 

1 tsp- granulated onion 

1 tsp- chili powder 

2 tsp- unsweetened cocoa 

1/2 tsp- cinnamon

Mama Mia Beef rub 

1 tbsp- fennel seed 

1 tsp- ground coriander

1 tsp- granulated garlic 

1 tsp- paprika 

1 tsp- basil 

1 tsp- black pepper 

Morning Makeover Sausage Mix

Mix ingredients with 1 lbs ground beef in large nonstick skillet, cook for 8-10 minutes over medium heat until hot. Stir occasionally
