11:00 am Tour Starts – Bus Leaves Inn 

11:30 am -12:45 pm       Farm Tour- Glade Haven Herefords, Penn Yan   

1:00 pm - 1:30 pm        Lunch

1:40 pm   Departs for D & R Cattle

2:00 - 3:30 pm Farm Tour- D & R Cattle, Canandaigua

3:50 pm         Return to Inn, Check In  

5:00 pm- 6:00 pm Advocacy and Leadership - Joan Ruskamp, Cattlemen Beef Board Chairperson

6:00 - 7:30 pm Dinner

7:30pm optional interns-led walking tour


Oct 5th (Fri) / Day 2 - New York Kitchen

8:00 - 8:15 am Breakfast Pizza: (at NYWCC)

8:30-9:15 am Media Training

9:15-10:30 am Media Training practice (concurrent sessions) group 1 
                         Social Media Workshop group 2
