 Marinating Three Ways

Marinating your flank steak is an essential part of the cooking process. Not only does it infuse flavors into the meat, but it also adds moisture. We’ve gathered three versions of a classic marinade to ensure you have a flavor for whatever mood you're in! Our classic marinade is just right for throwing the steak on the grill or using it as a base for any recipe. Its simple flavor is easy to build upon and pairs with various dishes. A savory twist on the classic recipe is our Asian marinade. It includes the base of our classic with the added bold flavors of ginger, soy sauce, and more. This marinade pairs perfectly with stir fry or the skewers we feature in this post. For a nice spicy kick, try the Mexican marinade. It packs a punch with featured spices like cumin and chipotle chili powder. Making it great for topping on nachos or as a base for tacos. Whichever marinade you choose, they will all be sure to pack a punch and leave you satisfied.
