For Yankee fans, the 2009 Yankee Stadium Inagural Season has brought many changes. New to the stadium this year, visitors will be able to purchase Lobel's USDA prime beef. To showcase the art of fine butchering, Lobel's will have a demonstration shop on the field-level concourse near Section 133—a replica of Lobel's Prime Meats on Madison Avenue. If you haven't already stopped by to watch the Lobel's butchers trimming and preparing different cuts then you will want to make time to do so at your next Yankee baseball game outing.
The New York Beef Industry Council will be at the stadium handing out tasty beef recipes and grilling guidelines as well as answering any questions you may have about the butcher shop, beef nutrition information, cuts of meat or beef preparation ideas. We will be available at the stadium on the following days in 2009: August 6th, September 11th, September 12th, Septemeber 28th and September 29th. Be sure to stop by to receive this valuable information and purchase a sandwich of freshly sliced Lobel dry-aged prime rib. We guarantee you will be back for more!
