Michelle Easterly is a registered dietitian and Director of Nutrition Education for the New York Beef Industry Council. Michelle is responsible for developing, recommending, and implementing nutrition education programs and extending these messages to health professionals and nutrition educators.  She often speaks about a variety of nutrition and wellness topics to dietitians, teachers, and the community.  She also serves as a spokesperson conducting interviews with the media and sharing practical nutrition advice to help consumers incorporate healthier eating habits into their busy lives.  Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Service Management from Rochester Institute of Technology, Master’s in Nutrition from Syracuse University and her dietetic internship was conducted at Syracuse University.
