The New York Beef Industry Council, in
cooperation with the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association,
offers a variety of informational and educational materials
targeted to health care professionals. These materials help
communicate sound, research-based information on a healthy
diet and the nutritive value of meat within the context of
balance, variety and moderation. All materials are developed
under the guidance of qualified professionals and are put
through a rigorous professional review process to assure
accuracy.
